At Play Pretend Services, we aim to provide exceptional service tailored to your needs. Please review the following terms and conditions before booking our services:

Minimum Pricing: Each event (like the wedding, birthday and graduation shoots) has a set minimum price, which covers the specified services. For example, our wedding package starts at $100.00, inclusive of one day of shooting without editing. Additional services, such as editing, or extra days, are available at an extra cost.

Payment and Services: We will only provide the services that you have paid for. If you request additional services beyond what you've paid for, such as extra filming days or editing, the total cost will be adjusted accordingly. However, if the payment received does not cover the requested services, we will only deliver what has been paid for. There will be no refunds for partial services.

Confirmation: Upon receipt of payment, we will send you a receipt detailing the services you have purchased. Please review this confirmation carefully to ensure it aligns with your expectations.

Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not available once payment has been processed. We encourage you to thoroughly review your selected package before finalizing your booking.

Additional Charges: Any additional charges incurred during the event, such as overtime fees or travel expenses, will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
